EX RACE GEAR – Shipping & Returns Policy
General
We strive to maintain accurate stock levels, but discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable, we will fulfill available products and offer a refund or backorder option.
Shipping
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Domestic Delivery: 6 - 8 days.
- International Delivery: 6-8 days (varies by courier).
- Dispatch Time: 4-6 business days.
- Address Changes: Allowed before dispatch.
- P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: Only eligible for postal shipping.
- Tracking: Provided upon dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
- Change of Mind: Returns accepted within 15 days if unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds issued as store credit.
- Warranty Claims: Accepted within 90 days. Return shipping is prepaid but reimbursed upon approval. Options: refund, store credit, or replacement.
Damaged/Lost Parcels
- Report damaged parcels upon receipt. Refunds/replacements processed after courier investigation.
- Lost parcels are refunded or replaced once confirmed by the courier.
Duties & Taxes
- Sales tax included in product prices.
- International duties/taxes may apply. Refusal to pay results in return at customer’s expense, with a partial refund (excluding shipping).
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Dispatched orders follow the refund policy.
